Selection is based on merit. Scholarship funding is provided by the AMVETS Sad Sacks Unit 38 (Nutmates) and is to be used in the Nursing Field.

Applicant education level must be at least a Graduating high school senior, who is one of the following

1. AMVET

2. AMVETS Auxiliary member

3. Son of an AMVET, AMVETS Auxiliary Member or Sons of AMVETS

4. Daughter of an AMVET, AMVETS Auxiliary Member or Sons of AMVETS

5. Grandson of an AMVET, AMVETS Auxiliary Member or Sons of AMVETS

6. Granddaughter of an AMVET, AMVETS Auxiliary Member or Sons of AMVETS

 

ALL COMPLETED APPLICATIONS AND REQUIRED MATERIAL MUST BE ENCLOSED IN THE SAME ENVELOPE AND POSTMARKED ON OR BEFORE THE DEADLINE DATE OF April 15, 2010
